We offer you flat-rate $5 ground shipping per pair of boots anywhere within the Continental US. Typically your shoes will arrive within two to six business days from our west-coast warehouse. If you need your boots sooner, you can choose one of our expedited shipping options at checkout.
We do ship internationally! International shipping rates are calculated by country at checkout. We are not responsible for import duties and taxes. Estimated time varies per country. Expect a minimum of ten business days for deliveries.

Your shoes can be returned under the following conditions:
1)Your items are unworn and in new condition (i.e. no creases or wear on sole– please walk on a carpeted area when trying on footwear). All packaging intact. All returns are inspected upon receipt at our returns facility and items that cannot be restocked will be returned to you.
2) Your return request is submitted within 21 days of receiving your original order.

We want to make sure you get the shoe that fits. If after trying the shoe (using the free extra insertable insole if needed) your boots still do not fit, we give you the opportunity to get the right size. We offer one free exchange of the same style (different color or size) to customers in the Continental US. This policy is limited to one exchange.
At the moment we cannot offer free international exchanges or returns. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees.
